German sports union in the framework of the health program «Trimm» has published a poster with a schematic sketch of the rout, that one needs to run since 1st till 50th day.
Simple and obvious example. The poster supplies with a witty signs. Circles on the distances mean certain day, when you are going to jogging. There is a time on the indicators, during that you should run and walk.
After each day of jogging you cross out a proper circle with a signed day. Thus you come nearer to the aim. The more often you run (two, better three times per week) the sooner you will be in a good form.

A normal pulse rate, while resting on average is 70-80 beats. During the jogging you must look after your pulse to find the right pace for you. Measure pulse during a pause immediate after two minutes jogging: during 15 seconds. Then multiply that number by 4.
Remember that your pulse should be equal to the difference between 180 and the number that means your age. By jogging healthy adults should have following figures of heart rate that is appropriate to your age:
20-30 years, 160-150 bpm.
30-40 150-140
40-50 140-130
50-60 130-120
60-70 120-110
The right and appropriate pace for jogging is that when your pulse doesn’t exceed these limits.
One of the reason for success of the German health program “Trimm” (in particular, jogging) is a personal example of ex-President of Germany Walter Scheel.
He said to the chairman of the German Sports Union Willy Weiner: “I’m also going to run” Thus, W. Scheel is the first head of state in the world, who has opened fifteen years ago by his own example «Trimm» movement.

Willy Weiner described the situation so: “jogging person in the sports suit makes more impression than a person driving in a car».


DOCTORS HAVE PROVED: THE SECRET IS IN AN OXYGEN
Oxygen is very important for our bodies. Without it, starving brain cells. It provides an uninterrupted work of cardiac muscle. It burns calories, and because of increased

So, jogging it’s the source of eternal youth, because regular jogging can promote “rejuvenation” of circulation of the blood and metabolism for 20 years and even more. Thus, based on all these reasons, jogging is an excellent way for restoring your health.
